Kendrick Lamar’s DAMN, widely considered one of the best music albums of the year, has officially gone double platinum in just over three months, as reported by The Recording Industry Association of America.
The album reachedpPlatinum status back in early May after it debuted on the Billboard charts at #1, selling over 603,000 copies in its first week. It still stands as the highest-selling album of the year thus far.
Lamar is currently on tour with Travis Scott and D.R.A.M. on the DAMN Tour, which is making stops nationwide.
