It looks like 50 Cent and STARZ are back on good terms. In July, the Queens entrepreneur threatened to leave his roles as executive producer and actor on the hit series Power in a heated flurry of Instagram posts. 50 told fans to unsubscribe from the network and publicly teased the idea of moving the hit to BET, poking fun at Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union in the process. But after a lucrative meeting with STARZ CEO and President Chris Albrecht, 50 now has the premium cable channel’s name written on his forehead, and he’s typing much friendlier words about his partners at STARZ.

“Just got off with Chris Albrecht, head of STARZ,” wrote 50 to his followers Tuesday (September 5). “I can’t believe how much money they just gave me. That shit just fucked with my nerves my hand is shaking.”

The full details of the deal are not public yet, but 50’s Instagram posts confirm that fans can expect three new projects from him and STARZ, as well as more episodes of Power, which remains one of the network’s top-rated shows after four seasons. The new projects on deck include the long-hyped Black Mafia series— which will chronicle Big Meech and BMF’s national drug enterprise – plus two new shows that we don’t know much about: Tomorrow Today and I Got Away.

One thing 50 made clear is that the deal will bring more episodes and less of a wait between seasons, which means all of his social media dramatics paid off in the end. Get rich or die typing.
