He Shoots She Scores

After a couple of weeks off, the trio—minus Jada— are back together.

A lot has gone on in the past week: the Philadelphia Eagles took home their first ever Super Bowl Championship, the New York Knicks are still Knicking, and the Cleveland Cavaliers just blew themselves up. The Eagles win is bittersweet because, well, the Pats lost, but the New York Giants are no longer the only team to ever beat Brady in the big game. Plus, the nasty rivalry between Eagles and Giants fans make it hard for Bruce and Jada to root for the Eagles. But anyone is better than Brady.

Bruce is already jaded by the shittiness of the Knicks season, but Kristaps Porzingis tearing his ACL just made things even worse. It’s time to put the whole season in rice because without the unicorn it’s going to be a long second half of the season. But before Beanz and Bruce chopped it up about the Knicks, Beanz couldn’t wait to talk about the trades that hit hours before the deadline. The Isaiah Thomas experiment is officially over, which Beanz isn’t happy about yet somehow J.R. Smith and Tristan Thompson are still on the roster.

Listen to the boys argue about the Knicks winning a championship (Bruce thinks they’ll win one within the next ten years) and guess what Lonzo will name his future kid on the latest episode of  He Shoots, She Scores… And A Side of Beanz below.
