Global fitness and lifestyle label Reebok teamed up with brand ambassador and rapper Lil Yachty on a dope New York Fashion Week kick-off event to celebrate the iconic Reebok Workout Plus sneaker and Reebok’s “Always Classic” campaign. The night was lit, perfectly illustrating the connection between music and style.
Held at Manhattan’s Classic Car Club, Yachty joined his stylist, Rox Brown and members of his ‘Sailing Team,’ JBans2Turnt and Kodie Shane, in a panel discussion on what goes into their unique style choices. Rox demonstrated how to pair heritage staples with the Workout Plus for a modern look. Next, Atlanta-based dance duo Meechie and Toosia took to the stage for a high-octane dance performance that embodied the bold self-expression that the Always Classic campaign stands for.
Yachty blessed the stage as well, while fashion influencers Sharina Gutierrez, Kendra Bailey and Gitoo modeled looks styled by Rox Brown to showcase the timeless versatility of the retro kicks.
