Cardi B and Offset Secretly Married Back in 2017

Cardi and Offset had us all fooled — the two got married last year.

TMZ obtained a marriage certificate on Monday that shows the two were wed on September 20, 2017 in Atlanta, Georgia. This means that when Offset proposed to Cardi at the Philly Powerhouse concert on October 27, they were actually already married for over a month. Fans were considering the possibility of this before the confirmation when Offset gave Cardi a shoutout Sunday night at the BET Awards, saying, “Thank God, I thank my wife, you should thank yours.”

The late rapper’s single SAD!, from his ? album, became his first No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. According to Billboard, XXXTentacion becomes the first artist to top the Hot 100 posthumously since The Notorious B.I.G.’s “Mo Money Mo Problems” in 1997.

Lakers’ Free Agency Pitch to Paul George Leaked

Paul George’s obsession with the Los Angeles Lakers has been well documented as he’s said he’d love to play for the ballclub during his career in his home state of California. And now, the pitch the Lake Show had for Paul George has reportedly leaked, and plays on George’s nostalgia and dreams as a kid. The pitched voiceover includes lines like When you were just a kid. In your room, Dreaming from Palmdale. We were dreaming too. While you dreamt, we built—built for your arrival.

While there’s no confirmation it’s about George, it’s worth noting that he is from Palmdale. The voiceover probably works better in an audio format and might even tug on PG-13’s heartstrings a bit. We’re still unsure if the pitch with work or if George will give the Oklahoma City another shot—especially with Carmelo Anthony signing on for an additional season.
