Fusing technical advancements with modern design, adidas’ latest footwear release is inspired by the winter season and designed to withstand the harsh weather that comes with it.
The brand’s latest high-top silhouette— the AF 1.3 PK— was inspired by Germany’s most elite police unit, the GSG 9. The design features adidas’ Primeknit technology, coated in waterproofing agents and reinforced with a weather-resistant lining. An insulated sock liner provides additional protection.
The AF 1.4 PK features the same technical elements as its high-top counterpart, with premium coated overlays and insulations and a thick rugged hacking sole, creating the winter’s most striking running shoe. The style is offered in white and black colorways.
Both the AF 1.3 PK and AF 1.4 PK release globally on Thursday, October 19 at adidas retailers and adidas.com, with the AF 1.3 PK retailing for $200 and the AF 1.4 PK for $160.
