Keke, are you riding…for the In My Feelings Video?

The man who made the song go viral, Shiggy, is featured doing what he does best — being a shenanigan. Other popular people such as Yung Miami of the City Girls and Big Freedia also make cameos in the video.

‘Crazy Rich Asians’ Author Reveals He Almost Had to Make Protagonist White for Movie

Crazy Rich Asians is set to be the rom-com of the summer with the first mainstream film in over 20 years to feature a predominantly Asian-American cast — but it almost didn’t happen.

In a cover story for The Hollywood Reporter, author Kevin Kwan and director John M. Chu talked about the issues they had bringing the movie to life. Kwan said that one producer told him it was “a pitty [he] didn’t have a white character.” After that, he optioned the film rights for a dollar so he could be involved in the development of the film.

“I could sense every lawyer on the call shaking their heads: “ugh these stupid idealists,” Kwan said. “Here we have a chance for this gigantic payday instantaneously. But Jon and I both felt this sense of purpose. We needed this to be an old-fashioned cinematic experience, not for fans to sit in front of a TV and just press a button.”
