Avengers: Infinity War Did Record Numbers This Weekend, and We’re Not Surprised.

The much-talked-about film has soared past Star Wars: Force Awakens with a record $250 million rake-in at the U.S. box office. With an additional $380 million made overseas, that’s a global total of $630 million. Shoutout to Chadwick Boseman who reprises his beloved role from Black Panther—which, in case you forgot, is currently the top-grossing superhero film (of all time!) in North America. Infinity Wars hasn’t even debuted in China yet, so let’s see what those numbers are looking like when it does on May 11.

Savage x Fenty Is for Every Woman.

Taking a page out of Fenty cosmetic’s book of inclusivity, Rihanna has made sure that Savage will cater to women of all shapes and sizes. If you haven’t yet, you can sign up to be the first to receive more info here. Bae will appreciate you for it.

Meanwhile, Women Are Revolting Against Nike—and Winning.

After years of sexual harassment and gender discrimination complaints that went ignored by HR, the women at Nike’s Beaverton, Ore. headquarters are finally being heard. A new report by the New York Times investigates how “years of being sidelined, harassed, dismissed and bullied led the women at Nike to start a small revolt” in the #MeToo age. Read their story.

Here’s Most of the Kanye News You May Have Missed over the Weekend (But If You’re Actively Avoiding Him, Scroll Past This).

Basically, Kanye dropped two new songs—one of which particularly left folks collectively scratching their heads, and the other which finds him defending his praise for Trump. He also debuted a new haircut claiming he was inspired by his “hero,” Emma González (who responded in the most commendable way), and then revealed he’ll be putting his mother’s plastic surgeon on his album cover. At this point we’re not sure if he’s trolling, completely gone over the edge, or both.

The WHCA Has Apologized for Michelle Wolf’s White House Correspondents Dinner Speech.

“Last night’s program was meant to offer a unifying message … not divide people,” WHCA president Margaret Talev wrote in a statement shared on Sunday night. “Unfortunately, the entertainer’s monologue was not in the spirit of that mission.”

If you missed Wolf’s scathing 20-minute set, during which she skewered everyone from President Trump to White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders (“What’s Uncle Tom but for white women who disappoint other white women?” 😳), you can witness it below.
