He Shoots, She Scores creative

Another week in sports is down, but the drama continues to pick up.

Jada is back, and the trio kicks off the discussion with LaVar Ball’s decision to pull LiAngelo out of UCLA. His suspension would prevent him from playing for up to three months, which is nearly the entire season. LiAngelo had yet to play a single minute for UCLA, but LaVar decided he could get him into better shape and prep him for the NBA than the university. Beanz stays very on brand— he makes sure everyone knows that no NBA teams even had LiAngelo on their scouting reports and pulling him out of UCLA wasn’t the smartest thing to do. Stay in school, kids.

Bruce and Beanz finally agree on something— that Kevin Durant really needs to stop playing the Golden State Warriors villain role and leave that up to the team’s muscle, Draymond Green. After Durant was ejected for the third time this season, the last person he should be challenging is DeMarcus Cousins. Bruce is overjoyed that the New York Giants have finally decided to fire head coach Ben McAdoo after the team got off to a dismal 2-10 start. Peace has been restored at MetLife stadium with Eli back to starting, but John Mara’s team has some rebuilding to do this offseason after failing to deliver on what looked like a Super Bowl contending team.

In a game that looked straight from the early aughts, Monday Night Football’s Steelers vs. Bengals smackdown shocked the group with a scary hit that left Steelers linebacker Ryan Shazier on the field writhing in pain from a neck injury.
