Mychal Kendricks Has Reportedly Been Charged with Insider Trading.

According to ESPN, the Cleveland Browns quarterback has been released from the team. Kendricks was charged on Wednesday (August 29) with insider trading to make almost $1.2 million in illegal profits four years ago. He admitted to the act in a statement.

“To this point, I had worked my tail off since I was 5 years old to become a football player,” Kendricks wrote. “I was drawn in by the allure of being more than just a football player. While I didn’t fully understand all of the details of the illegal trades, I knew it was wrong, and I wholeheartedly regret my actions.”

Black-ish writer Damilare Sonoiki also reportedly faces charges for assisting Kendricks.

These Georgia Cheerleaders Were Cut from Their Squad for Kneeling During the National Anthem.

Four Black cheerleaders at Kennesaw State University who kneeled during the national anthem at their team’s home game last football season won’t be returning to their squad. Note: there were five cheerleaders in total who kneeled.

“Cobb County Sheriff Neil Warren boasted in a series of text messages about pressuring KSU’s president into keeping the school’s cheerleaders off the field,” The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. “Some students protested on campus.”

They added: “The University System of Georgia released a report that found KSU administrators didn’t follow its guidance that national-anthem student protests were constitutionally protected free speech and should be allowed unless they cause a disruption. KSU’s president, Sam Olens, announced plans to resign a month after the report.”

Imagine Running into Andre 3000 While Wearing Him on Your Shirt. 😎😎😎

That’s what happened to a young lady named Tiana (@itsTiana), who says she just happened to spot 3 Stacks “floating” out of a cafe in Soho.

“Walking down a silent block in Soho – Andre 3k (my mf hero) walks out of a coffee shop as I’m passing,” she tweeted on Wednesday evening. “’Oh my God you’re on my shirt rn.’ He was acting just as hype as me, which maximized my level of happiness/excitement x10000. What a good day.”

The t-shirt—which pictures the Atlanta legend with the quote, “across cultures darker people suffer most. why?”—can be copped via ALMGHT.com. We actually might pick one up ourselves.
