The success of Marvel’s Cinematic Universe banks on getting as much filming done with all of the actors involved as it can, while keeping everything about the films under wraps.

While most of the more seasoned actors of the series like Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Evans are used to holding down the informational fort, some of their fellow MCU actors aren’t as tight-lipped. Mark Ruffalo, Benedict Cumberbatch, and Tom Holland, the new Spider-Man, have all been on record as saying too much too soon about different aspects of the films.

The comic-book world exploded when Disney Films released the world premiere trailer for Avengers: Infinity War, and from the looks of it, things definitely have escalated for Iron Man and Captain America with the arrival of Thanos. One of the biggest moments in the trailer was spotting Holland’s Spider-Man in his new “Iron Spider” suit, given to him by Tony Stark, played by Downey. It seemed that Holland was just as excited as fans were with the new information about Infinity War, the most anticipated comic book movie ever, according to a poll by ComicBook.com.

Holland conducted an Instagram Live for his fans to show the unboxing of a package sent to him by co-star Mark Ruffalo, which turned out to be the first official poster for Infinity War. What Holland didn’t see was that the poster came with a note from Ruffalo that had “CONFIDENTIAL DO NOT SHARE” on the back, and by the time he read it, he had revealed the once-secret asset to everyone tuned into the stream. Holland quickly realized his mistake and hurried to end the stream, but the damage had already been done. No word on how Marvel Studios feels about the 21 year old’s blunder, but one can imagine execs are not happy.
