After teasing the styles in the FW 17 Mens Lookbook, the long awaited collaboration with contemporary label 3.1 Phillip Lim and Australian surf brand UGG, is now available for purchase. The UGG x 3.1 Phillip Lim collection includes water-resistant calf and ankle length boots in muted colorways and edgy hardware.
“I wanted to collaborate with UGG because I felt that together we could create a collection that would inspire a laid-back sense of cool,” adds Lim. “The approach stemmed from my California roots and memories of wearing UGG—a pure expression of unexpected fun and casual elegance.”

In contrast to the gritty urban locales Lim is known to shoot in, some models in the lookbook appear in a more minimalist setting, while others are pictured in a serene outdoor location— a clear homage to the designer’s California heritage.
