Whether you’re a sci-fi enthusiast, hardcore sneakerhead, or ’80s-anything fanboy, you’ve got to admit these kicks are pretty dope. To celebrate the May 19 release of Alien: Covenant—Ridley Scott’s latest addition to the Alien franchise—Reebok announced the launch of its limited-edition Alien Stomper ‘Final Battle’ double-pack. The kicks pay homage to the Alien Stomper Boot (shown below) worn by extra-terrestrial-slaying hottie Ellen Ripley, played by Sigourney Weaver in James Cameron’s 1986 film, Alien.

Of the double-pack release, the yellow iteration is inspired by Ripley’s battle-ready Powerloader machine— true fans recall she donned the giant exoskeleton at the film’s climax to kick some serious alien butt. The all-black version gives a nod to the glossy finish of the Xenomorph Queen, the film’s egg-laying, acid-spewing antagonist.

The sneakers hit stores on July 18 (the 31st anniversary of the original film) and will retail for $325. Pretty good deal if you ask us, since the cool packaging houses two pairs of kicks, not to mention you’ll forever own a piece of horror-film history. If you’re in or near the New York City area, visit the Union Square Reebok FitHub to register in advance of the July release.
