Wakanda’s ‘Bout to Bring in Beaucoup Bucks.

Ryan Coogler’s Black Panther is ’bout to bring in so much guap that no one’s able to agree on a number. While some outlets are reporting a $100-120M open for BP, other outlets, like Deadline, are saying the blockbuster film could bring in as much as $150M over the four-day Presidents’ Day weekend. Black Panther will be the 18th title to make its way into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and, clearly, one of the biggest. While you anxiously wait for February 16 to arrive, here’s a new “Wakanda Revealed” featurette you may have missed:

Is Katt Williams Making an Atlanta Cameo Appearance?

According to a recent interview with Comedy Hype, he is.

“I’m always looking for more film and TV opportunities. More specifically opportunities that will allow me to tackle the kinds of roles that I’ve yet to tackle,” he told the outlet earlier this month. “I always want to challenge myself to bring something unique to whatever project that I agree to be a part of. As of right not, I’m three project deep into 2018; I’m filming a movie titled, Two Minutes of Fame with Lionsgate. I’m working on Meet the Blacks 2 with Warner Bros, and I’ve also been working on the FX sitcom, Atlanta. So yes, you can definitely expect more upcoming film and TV appearances from me.”

Interesting.
