A good watch is the one accessory that every self-respecting man should own. Not only will it set off your fit, it speaks volumes about who you are—or, at least, who you aspire to be. And weather you’re a die-hard collector or someone who rocks a timepiece only every now and then, we can all appreciate the beauty of Tag Heuer’s latest drop.

The new Carrera Heuer 02 Watch is a souped-up remix of the brand’s epic chronograph which debuted in 1963. The legendary timepiece has seen countless iterations since its inception and takes its name from the legendary “Carrera Panamericana” road race held in 1950s Mexico. Originally designed for competitive drivers, the watch made waves for its revolutionary dial featuring a larger display and improved legibility. Its ridged crown allows daily winding by hand, the push-buttons are easy to move, and the minimalist dial is easy to read.

The latest iteration features the same original details with a new, state-of-the art engine and tricked out design elements. The model comes in 13 variants in steel, carbon, ceramic or gold with a metal, rubber, leather or ceramic bracelet. At over $5K, this timepiece will cost you a pretty penny, but whether it’s your speed or not, you can definitely take some major  inspo from these expert designs.
