Bad Bunny Calls Out Trump In Honor of Hurricane Maria Victims on Jimmy Fallon

Last night, Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny made his U.S. nighttime talk show debut on Jimmy Fallon. But before going into his performance of his hit single, “Estamos Bien” he took time out to honor those on the island who are still struggling over a year after Hurricane Maria.

“One year of the hurricane there’s still people without electricity in their homes,” the Latin Trap artist begins. “More than 3,000 people died, but Trump is still in denial. But you know what? Estamos bien.”

Many noted the fact that the artist very rarely speaks in English, no matter what setting he’s in. This made the significance of his message that much more impactful, as he continued to perform in front of a screen showing off images and videos of Puerto Rico.

Childish Gambino Postpones ‘This is America’ Tour Due to Injury

Gambino injured his foot during a concert in Dallas this past Sunday. The injury is also forcing Gambino to cancel his appearance at the Austin City Limits Music Festival in October. He will still perform at the Voodoo Music + Arts Experience in New Orleans on Oct. 27.
