Man, Kevin Hart can’t catch a break.
After making headlines for allegedly cheating on wife and mom-to-be Eniko Parrish, Chocolate Droppa is in the hot seat yet again. According to new reports, the comedian is being sued by a man who claims his security “beat him to a pulp, threatened to taze him,” and called him a “bitch,” amongst other foul names.
The fan behind the lawsuit is a guy by the name of Jay Collins who says he was invited to Kevin’s Philadelphia concert on August 29, 2015 as a VIP guest. “The suit claims stadium security handed him over to Kevin’s personal security, and that’s when the brutality began,” TMZ writes, though there is reportedly no mention of why stadium security felt the need to approach Collins at all.

After threatening to taze him, Kevin’s security allegedly stuck the tazer prongs into Collins’ face, neck, and back. Collins also claims they threw him to the floor, hit him in his head, neck, and shoulders, and kneed him in the rib cage. TMZ writes, “He wants more than $50k … probably a lot more. He’s suing Kevin because he says the comedian has to take responsibility for his people.”
