2 Chainz got down on one knee, and she said yes. It was the second time he proposed to longtime boo Kesha Ward (he proposed to her at the BET Awards in June 2013, “but they never made it official,” says PEOPLE). Needless to say, Ward is excited. “It’s crazy, he just gave me this! So happy! I love it,” she told reporters on the red carpet.

A R. Kelly Docuseries Is Coming to Lifetime.

Veteran writer and living legend dream hampton is at the helm as an executive producer. According to Variety, the series will “investigate rumors of abuse, predatory behavior, and pedophilia surrounding the singer” via interviews with survivors of Kelly’s abuse as well as folks from his inner circle.

“What we’ve seen—in the last year in particular—is the tremendous power of women’s voices when given the opportunity to share their truth,” Brie Miranda Bryant, Lifetime’s senior vice president of unscripted development and programming, told Variety. “But there are important stories still untold, stories of bravery, resilience and defiance that demand to be heard. This is one of those stories.”

Another Earthquake Shakes Cali.

A 4.5-magnitude earthquake shook California’s Cabazon area on early Tuesday, NBC Los Angles reports. Previously reported as a 4.6-magnitude quake, it hit with an eight-mile depth, with over 7,000 reports of the rumble being filed to the U.S. Geological Survey’s website.
