On this episode of CasBar, we’re kicking some ass… again. We’re hopping on the PlayStation 4 to play a few rounds of Tekken 7, against actor Jason Mitchell to celebrate the release of SuperFly. The homie Michael Wade is repping for CASSIUS and for our sake, we hope he isn’t a Tekken rookie.
But first, we’ve gotta go over the rules:
- If Team CASSIUS wins, Mitchell will have to answer any crazy question we ask. If Mitchell wins, he gets to plug whatever he wants for 15 seconds.
- To make things fair, for each round, both players are allowed to change their characters.
- And most importantly, Team CASSIUS better not get its ass kicked.
Wade asks Mitchell if he’s a Tekken head, and his humble response should have been the first clue that this was going to go downhill. For the first round Mitchell chooses the always reliable Law, and Wade goes with Mishima Zaibatsu leader, Heihachi. Wade showed him whose house (or studio) it is, and destroyed Mitchell in the first round.
Of course, we didn’t let him off easily with the first question and decided to ask who’s DMs he’d love to slide into. Before he was done asking the question, Mitchell blurted out Nicole Murphy. But the best came when Mitchell just had to show us who he’s recently been talking to in his DMs. He was a gentleman and didn’t say it on camera. However, he did show Wade and judging by his reaction, Mitchell is doing the damn thing.
