Fabolous Faces 20 Years Behind Bars for Domestic Violence.

After turning himself into authorities earlier this year, Fabolous was indicted on four felony charges on Wednesday (Oct. 10) for domestic violence by a New Jersey grand jury.

“Each individual charge is in the third-degree and can bring up to five years in prison,” XXL explains. “Should he be found guilty of all four charges, he could face a combined sentence of 20 years.”

As noted by XXL, Fab was previously charged with aggravated assault and making a terroristic threat. With both in the third degree, he was possibly facing ten years in jail.

“People are like, ‘Well if the status quo is capitalism and this alternative is called socialism, you know, I guess I prefer socialism,’” Sunkara told VICE. “It just shows that people are hungry for an alternative, they don’t yet know the details of what that alternative would look like.”
