Pusha Said Kanye Has Stopped Wearing the MAGA Hat

On a stop at The Daily Show on Tuesday, Pusha T cleared the air about his friend Kanye West and his most recent favorite accessory—his bright red “Make America Great Again” hat.

“He doesn’t anymore,” Pusha-T told host Trevor Noah when asked about his “friend and collaborator”‘s hat. “He stopped. He stopped, though.”

Pusha addressed the difficulty pushing back against Ye’s MAGA rants during DAYTONA sessions.

“Can you imagine having those conversations while he’s trying to make my album?” he said. “He basically has my life in his palm and I have to tell him that I hate something. We always have real conversations, though. Always.”

Cam Newton Expected to Be Shut Down by Panthers With Shoulder Injury

Looks like Cam Newton is sitting this one out.

The Carolina Panthers are starting quarterback Tayler Heinicke in his place for Sunday’s game against the Atlanta Falcons at Bank of America Stadium due to a shoulder injury.

Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network reported that the Panthers don’t want to risk Newton’s health. Carolina head coach Ron Rivera said Tuesday the team hadn’t determined whether to officially shut down Newton but he didn’t take part in Wednesday’s practice session.

Van Jones Credited Kim Kardashian For Passage Of Criminal Justice Bill

Kim Kardashian-West is making lives better for prisoners, according to Van Jones.

The political commentator discussed the passage of the First Step Act, a bipartisan bill that will reportedly help “decrease recidivism rates among federal prisoners who make up a reported 10 percent of America’s prison population,” on CNN Tuesday. He says that the First Step Act wouldn’t have been passed if Kardashian hadn’t used her power to influence the vote.

“If Kim Kardashian had not gone to the White House and talked to Donald Trump, we would not have passed this bill,” Jones told TMZ.
