Janet Jackson Is About to Launch a Las Vegas Residency & Show Folks How It’s Done.
Looks like we’re all spending our tax returns on tickets to Vegas.
“Hey u guys, I’m so excited to announce my new Vegas residency, “Metamorphosis”!” Miss Jackson (if you nasty) tweeted on Wednesday. According to the legend, the residency will serve as “a celebration of my journey and the 30th anniversary of #RhythmNation!”
A press released shared by CNN further explains:
“‘Metamorphosis’ peels back the layers of the immensely private life of Janet Jackson, sharing her transformation from a young girl with issues of self-esteem to global Icon. The centerpiece of this all new thought-provoking show, will be Janet herself, captivating you through your senses with electrifying visuals, explosive dance numbers, chart-topping hits and fan favorite deep cuts.

The Robert Kraft Video Won’t Be Released Any Time Soon.
Police say they will not be releasing the graphic footage from the Robert Kraft day spa incident any time soon. According to TMZ, “the Jupiter Police Dept. claims they have graphic video of the New England Patriots owner inside the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in January showing the 77-year-old receiving sex acts in exchange for money.”
Whether or not that footage will ever be released is up in the air.
The R. Kelly Fan Who Posted His $100K Bond Met Him on a Cruise Last Fall.
A “friend” recently told the Chicago Sun Times that Valencia Love had met R. Kelly on a cruise five months prior to bailing him out of jail. And according to this “friend,” Love had began making calls over the weekend to see who could help her get the disgraced singer form behind bars.
“She wanted Rob to have a chance at justice, and she thought he’d have a better chance outside of jail than inside,” Don Russell said.
The Sun Times adds that “Love was with Kelly’s group after the singer was released from jail Friday.” According to Russell, Love also gave a toast over her “friendship” with Kelly.
