Tessa Thompson and Chris Hemsworth spark the new generation as they go against aliens who have infiltrated their homefront in the latest Men In Black: International trailer.

The film, to be released on June 14th, introduces the spunky and inquisitive Agent M (Thompson) as she joins the MIB organization. After studying the MIB for 20 years following the erasure of her parents’ memories, she is immediately sent to the London branch to team up with the reckless, yet reliable Agent H (Hemsworth). Together they aim to investigate and battle an alien collective known as “The Hive”, shapeshifters who have the ability to assume any form including fellow MIB agents.

The trailer shows a ridiculous amount of aliens of all shapes and sizes, flying Astro cars, and guns that can create canyons out of sand dunes as the young agents fight for the future of the world. Missy Elliot’s “WTF” also played in the background of the trailer, giving it the proper spacey feel to the film.

This isn’t the first time that Hemsworth and Thompson have teamed up to fight evil, as they starred in the 2017 blockbuster Thor: Ragnarok. Their chemistry was palpable in the film, as it gave new life into the Thor franchise and fans yearning for Thompson’s Valkyrie character to return down the line. The performance helped landed the duo the roles for Men In Black: International, the franchise that was made popular on the heels of Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones.

F. Gary Gray (The Fate of the Furious, Straight Outta Compton) directed the film, which also stars Liam Neeson, Emma Thompson, Rebecca Ferguson, and Kumail Nanjiani as the voice of Pawny.
