Big News

It looks like Atlanta FX may return to television screens sooner than we thought. According to an Instagram post shared by Lakeith Stanfield on December 10, the Season 2 premiere will air February 2018.  This date has not been vetted, however. According to Pitchfork a representative for FX said the date hasn’t been officially announced and declined to confirm Stanfield’s Insta post. But fans can dream, right?

In November, the show’s directors were reportedly scouting fresh faces for the forthcoming season.

Big Lies

According to a recent report published by The New York Times, Donald Trump watches close to eight hours of television a day. That’s basically the amount of time of the average work day, y’all. And yes, he’s mostly watching news.

Friends say he starts with CNN, makes his way to Fox & Friends, and then ends with MSNBC’s Morning Joe because “it fires him up for the day.”

“He feels like there’s an effort to undermine his election and that collusion allegations are unfounded,” Senator Lindsey Graham, a South Carolina Republican who has much time with the president, told NYT. “He believes passionately that the liberal left and the media are out to destroy him. The way he got here is fighting back and counterpunching.”

In more ridiculous Trump-related news, the president reportedly wants to have a Washington Post reporter fired for a “misleading” tweet regarding the crowd size at his Florida rally on Friday.

Big Facts

Hannibal Buress was arrested in Miami on Saturday night “on a disorderly intoxication charge,” according to The Miami Herald. A video reportedly shows Buress being arrested for trespassing around 10:30 p.m. in Wynwood, however. And according to The Herald, cops were being pretty hush-hush about what initially led to Buress being handcuffed.
