Before taking the stage at the Jiffy Lube Live theatre in Bristol, Va., Chance The Rapper visited Washington, D.C. to participate in NPR’s esteemed “Tiny Desk Concert” series.

Backed by his seven-part band, the Chicago rapper performed an acoustic version of “Juke Joint,” a song off his critically acclaimed 2016 release Coloring Book, as well as a rendition of Stevie Wonder’s “They Won’t Go When I Go,” but not before reciting a self-written poem titled “The Other Side.”
