- President Donald Trump disputed a claim that he stumbled over a deceased soldier’s name tweeting, “I had a very respectful conversation with the widow of Sgt. La David Johnson, and spoke his name from beginning, without hesitation!”
- As five former presidents attended a benefit concert to raise money for hurricane relief efforts, Trump was reportedly playing gold, but did find the time to thank the former leaders for their “tremendous assistance.”
