Popular action sports footwear and apparel brand Vans is kicking off 2018 by debuting the Versa Hoodie DX, a new addition to its skate apparel collection, which showcases the evolution of comfort, style and functionality.

Unlike other performance hoodies, the Versa Hoodie DX is comprised of Storm Cotton— a new material equipped with a water repellant, hydrophobic shield that maintains the fabric’s breathability. The design includes reflective details on the pocket, hood and lower back and a patent-pending hidden pocket for phone storage.

Cosigning the new release is professional skateboarder Anthony Van Engelen. “I like to be able to trust the durability of not only my shoes, but my clothes too,” he adds. “The Versa Hoodie has become an everyday tool for me to achieve what I need to accomplish— just like my shoes and my board— and is just as durable.”

Available in Cement Heather, Old Gold and Classic Black hues, the Versa Hoodie DX will be available for $94.50 beginning January 20. To learn more about the innovative hoodie and where to buy it, visit vans.com.
