PUMA reimagined it’s iconic Suede sneaker in a July 4th-ready colorway. Part of an ongoing celebration to honor the shoe’s 50th anniversary, the brand partnered with MCM on a pair of limited edition kicks that pay tribute to the founding days of hip hop—when the brands first became expressions of music culture.

The red, white and blue canvas and leather kicks feature coordinated laces in two distinct styles: leather with contrasting edge-stain and fabric with metal tips. A brass plate bears the MCM logo and a unique registration number nods to the exclusivity of MCM’s famous handbags.

The anniversary drop also includes a matching tracksuit with contrasting panels and graphic accents. A slouchier fit, there’s a varsity-style patch displaying the MCM logo on the jacket’s back. The PUMA x MCM limited-edition Suede ($340), track top ($300) and track pants ($250) are available now at at MCM stores and online.
