Brittany Packnett Ain’t Here for Forbes‘ Foolery.

The activist and educator took to Twitter on Wednesday (July 11) and weighed in on the problem with calling Jenner “self-made.”

“You can get on the cover of Forbes + be a young billionaire by selling the very features, style and swag that Black Women have always possessed but got called ghetto for it,” she wrote. “The problem isn’t Kylie. The problem is America. If she didn’t exploit it, someone else would have.”

She went on to call out how once Jenner made her fortune, her lip fillers were removed and her tan disappeared in the same way Cyrus ditched her “hip-hop” image once it was no longer profitable.

“Honestly? Kris Jenner is an evil genius cause she understands that in America, proximity to black culture will make you richer than being black ever will,” Packnett continued.

Add all this to his recent Emmy nominations (Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert was nominated for outstanding variety special, while Legend was also individually nominated for outstanding lead actor for his role in the show), and you have yourself a recipe for imminent EGOT victory.

“I did’t expect to play this well so quickly into my comeback,” Williams said in a post-game interview. “It’s not inevitable for me to be playing like this. I had multiple surgeries and nearly didn’t make it when I gave birth. I’m enjoying every moment.”
