STAMPD and PUMA dropped a commemorative 88-18 sneaker to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the iconic PUMA Suede. “In 1988, 20 years after the Suede launch, I got my hands on my first pair,” said STAMPD creative director, Chris Stamp. “The brands I’ve been fortunate to align with are brands I grew up idolizing – brands that inspired me. This one hit home and it was important to make it special from the sole to laces.”

The remastered kicks feature an upper designed with smooth, premium suede while the lower features rough edges for an unfinished look. The site lists everything you need to know about the unique sneaks. “The Suede simply represents what we at PUMA stand for as a brand,” says Helmut Fischer, PUMA’s chief archivist. “Taking a standard and making it a must-have. Being iconic.” Cop the sneaks now at STAMPD.com and at STAMPD’s Los Angeles boutique.
