Michelle Obama’s Becoming tour is picking up some serious steam, with the former first lady extending her run into another 21 events next year. During her latest stop on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, she discussed her new book, marriage counseling, and even kept it real about what she was thinking on Trump’s inauguration day.

“A lot was going on that day,” Obama said. “That was a day.”

She went on to share that Sasha and Malia wanted to host a sleepover at the White House the night before.

“Right before that, my daughter’s friends decided they needed a sleepover for the last day,” she added. “I was like, ‘Are you guys kidding me? We’re leaving. You gotta take all your stuff. pick it up. The blankets, the bears.’ They’re all crying and I was like, ‘Get out! We’ve got to go!’”

But let’s be honest: we all know what she REALLY meant when she said that was a “day.”

After Jimmy held up a photo of her and Barack Obama waving from Air Force 1 that day, she let out a “Bye, Felicia!” Eight years at the White House and the reality of Trump waltzing in to destroy all you’ve done—we get it, Michelle.

In other Obama news, Barack recently threw on a Santa hat and stopped by the Children’s National Medical Center in Washington D.C. to get the kids in the holiday spirit. While he was there, he dropped off some gifts, sang a few songs, and shared some uplifting words. If you missed out on that, you can catch the clip in today’s AM Roundup.
