So… About That Netflix Fyre Festival Documentary.

Fyre Festival was a disaster, and you know how much this statement weighs if you watched the Fyre documentary on Netflix (the festival was bad, y’all).

Regardless, Ja Rule still stands behind his role in the event that never was, telling followers that they “don’t know sh*t.”

“I love how ppl [sic] watch a doc and think they have all the answers,” he tweeted Sunday. “I had an amazing vision to create a festival like NO OTHER!!! I would NEVER SCAM or FRAUD anyone what sense does that make???”

Meanwhile, the lives of everyone involved were pretty much damaged beyond immediate repair.

Shout out to the internet, however, which came together to support MaryAnn Rolle—the restaurant owner in the Bahamas who says she’s owed $134,000 from Fyre Festival organizers. Thanks to supporters, a GoFundMe campaign has exceeded its goal in replacing Rolles life savings, which she lost while catering the disastrous event.
