Team ROC, the social justice division of Jay-Z’s company Roc Nation, is reportedly lending a helping hand in the form of legal representation to Phoenix couple Dravon Ames, Iesha Harper, and their two children. Many have seen the viral footage police officers — while investigating whether or not the couple’s four-year-old daughter stole a doll — approach them with guns drawn threatening to shoot them and screaming at them “I’m going to put a cap in your ass.”

The Washington Post reports that there is currently an internal police investigation underway while the family has decided to sue the city and its police department for $10 million. The Blast is also reporting that Team ROC is aiding the couple in their fight and has secured high-powered attorney Alex Spiro to join the family’s legal team.

Per The Blast:

“The Blast is told Team ROC has now offered to step in to provide legal support for the family, as well as call for the termination of the policers officers involved in the incident.

We’re told the organization has secured high-powered attorney, Alex Spiro, to join the family’s legal team on a pro-bono basis and assist in filing charges against one of the police officers for child neglect.

Additionally, we’re told Spiro’s team plans to help the family with their civil lawsuit against the city of Phoenix.”

The publication is also reporting that Team ROC has shared the news with other artists and superstars like prison reform advocate Meek Mill, who has spoken about the incident on his Twitter account stating:

“Do you hear the tone of their voices … they want to kill!!!”

As for the officers, they are currently not in the streets while the internal investigation is being carried out but are still employed. Salute to Jay-Z for continually stepping up to the plate and using his resources to help those in need.
