Swedish officials have opened up an investigation into the men A$AP Rocky is accusing of harassing him and his entourage.

This investigation comes as a result of Rocky being detained for two weeks by Swedish officials for a fight that occurred between Rocky’s team, and the two men. Rocky took to Instagram to show video of the men allegedly harassing and stalking his crew.

In a press release titled ‘Update on the case with the American artist’ officials say “several investigation measures have already been conducted and the analysis of material continues. There is also a preliminary investigation in the case concerning the aggrieved party who is suspected of molestation and assault. On the 19 July, at the latest, the prosecutor must decide whether to file a prosecution or ask the court for a longer detention period in order to finalize the investigation.”

There is a petition that has been launched in an effort to bring to light the inhumane conditions he may be subjected to in Sweden. The petition has garnered over 130,000 signatures, and has even caught the attention of public official Adriano Espaillat, U.S. Representative for New York’s Thirteenth Congressional District.

Amongst all of the support that has come about for Rocky and his detainment, it’s been the support from fellow artist like A$Ap Ferg, Tyler, The Creator, Miguel and Rihanna that have really rallied online for fair treatment after video evidence seemed to show the two men following Rocky and his crew in Stockholm over the July 4th weekend.
