Here’s What Went Down at This Year’s OVO Fest.

If you’ve been keeping up on social media, then you already know that this year’s OVO Fest — which kicked off on Sunday night and saw appearances from everyone from B2K to the Ying Yang Twins — has been a movie.

Last night’s show saw Drake bringing out everyone from Cardi B to Offset. And in true Aubrey fashion, he also made sure to carve out a special moment for his beloved Raptors — because there’s always room to celebrate their championship, right?

Vince Carter Is Playing His Final Season with the Hawks.

Vince Carter is playing his final NBA season, and according to ESPN, it’ll be with the Atlanta Hawks under a one-year contract.

“Carter will play an NBA-record 22nd season, where he will spend a second straight year mentoring one of the NBA’s youngest rosters, which includes seven players under 23 years old,” says ESPN.

He’ll also be the first player in NBA history to appear in a game in four different decades if he plays in 2020.

21 Savage Hosted His 4th Annual Issa Back 2 School Drive.

21 Savage is for the kids. On Sunday, the rapper hosted his 4th annual Issa Back 2 School Drive alongside his Leading By Example Foundation, Amazon Music, Atlanta United, New Era, Puma, Momma Flystyle, and Antwanette McLaughlin of The Spice Group.

According to Complex, over 2,300 kids were blessed with backpacks that included school supplies, uniforms, and sneakers. They also got the hookup with free haircuts, health screenings, and more, and 21 even donated $15,000 to non-profit organization Juma.
