Barack Obama’s Summer Reading List Includes Toni Morrison & More.

On Wednesday, former president Barack Obama shared his summer reading list for anyone “looking for some suggestions.” The list includes works from Toni Morrison, who passed away last week.

Beloved, Song of Solomon, The Bluest Eye, Sula, everything else — they’re transcendent, all of them,” he said. “You’ll be glad you read them.”

Also included on the list are Téa Obreht, Colson Whitehead, Haruki Murakami, and more.

The Browns Aren’t Concerned About Odell’s Hip Injury.

Odell Beckham Jr. suffered a hip injury that caused him to miss practice on Wednesday, but the Browns aren’t “overly concerned” about it.

“He’s got a little bit of something going on but we expect him back pretty soon,” Browns head coach Freddie Kitchens recently told reporters.

According to Bleacher Report, it doesn’t appear Odell will miss the Week 1 game against the Tennessee Titans on September 8.

Eminem Is the Highest Grossing Hip-Hop/Rap Artist This Year So Far.

Touring Data recently shared its list of the Top 5 Grossing Hip-Hop/Rap Artists in 2019 so far, and Eminem is at the top of list with $6.23 million that he made from just six shows. Following him on the list are Drake, Cardi B, Travis Scott, and Nicki Minaj.

“Eminem’s total box office grossed $37,363,848 and sold 335,637 tickets in 6 shows that included: Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Wellington, Brisbane and Honolulu,” Southpawer reports.
