Warriors Sign Steph Curry’s Future Brother-in-Law

The Golden State Warriors signed free-agent guard Damion Lee on Tuesday, who is the fiance of Steph Curry’s younger sister Sydel, according to ESPN.

The 6-foot-6 player played most of 2017-18 campaign for the Santa Cruz Warriors, the Golden State’s G-League affiliate, and will most likely spend most of the upcoming season with them as part of his two way contract. Lee announced his engagement on Instagram back in November with the hashtag, “#HappiLeeEverAfter.”

6ix9ine Arrested for Texas Mall Attack

6ix9ine was arrested in New York City’s JFK airport on Wednesday on an outstanding warrant. The rapper allegedly chocked a 16-year-old kid in January at Houston’s Galleria Mall.

The alleged victim said he ran into 6ix9ine at the mall and started recording him on his phone. When Tekashi told him to delete the video, he grabbed him by the neck. His team is reportedly aware of the warrend and intends to deal with it, but doesn’t believe NYPD should have arrested him and extradited him for what’s a misdemeanor case.

Papa John’s Founder Apologizes For Using N-Word on Conference Call

Papa John’s founder John  Schnatter admitted to using the N-word during a conference call after a Forbes magazine piece detailed the incident.

“News reports attributing the use of inappropriate and hurtful language to me during a media training session regarding race are true,” Schnatter said in a statement. “Regardless of the context, I apologize. Simply stated, racism has no place in our society.”
