New Lawsuit Accuses Diddy Of Masturbating Into Biggie’s Shirt & 50 Cent Just Had To React
Diddy may have been acquitted of the more serious charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, but the lawsuits keep rolling in.
The latest is on a different level of weird, and may be considered one of the oddest accusations he’s faced. According to TMZ, a John Doe claims he was in a listening session with Diddy, who was working on a posthumous project featuring Biggie.
While in the studio, he says Diddy pressured him to take ketamine before moving the gathering to a Los Angeles warehouse where Biggie’s clothes were in storage.
Diddy allegedly gave drugs to everyone there, and Doe claims everyone was “running around the warehouse tripping on drugs.” Doe says he somehow wound up in a room alone with Diddy when he took one of Biggie’s shirts off the rack and began masturbating into it, and asked Doe to help him finish.
In shock and unable to react, Diddy allegedly ejaculated into the shirt, laughed, and tossed the soiled shirt in the man’s lap before saying, “RIP Biggie” and leaving the room.
Then lawsuit reveals that this may have been a pattern of alleged abuse because Doe says back in 2005, Diddy pulled a similar stunt by putting his penis in Doe’s face and telling him to “suck it.”
For the two incidents, TMZ says Doe is suing for “sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and more.”
Diddy’s team, however, shoots down the accusation, saying last week’s verdict proves that he never sexually assaulted anyone.
“Mr. Combs’s trial and acquittal on trafficking and RICO charges prove what we have been saying all along: Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone,” Diddy’s legal team said in the statement to TMZ. “That people continue to broadcast and file false accusations — no matter how heinous and uncorroborated — is unfortunate, but Mr. Combs will not back down. He will fight for as long as necessary to win his full vindication.”
True or not, 50 Cent had to respond and questioned Diddy’s sexuality.
“Man got damn it, 👀enough is enough I been telling Yall slime was at the other end of the rainbow but you said 50 a hater. He just like to call men daddy. LOL,” he captioned the photo.
In other Diddy-related news, lawyer Marc Agnifilo says the former Bad Boy mogul received a round of applause from other inmates when he reentered MDC after avoiding life in jail and only faces a few years for two prostitution charges.
Agnifilo also withdrew his bid to expedite Diddy’s sentencing date earlier today, and the original court date of Oct. 3 suggested by Judge Arun Subramanian was confirmed.
