Check out the bad, the more bad and bigly moments from this week in the Trump presidency:
Wednesday, October 4
- Many are thinking it, but US secretary of state Rex Tillerson may have actually said it. According to NBC News, Tillerson reportedly called President Donald Trump a moron.
Tuesday, October 3
- Forgetting that it took him days to aid Puerto Rico’s relief efforts, President Donald Trump thinks the island (huh?) “now acknowledged what a great job we’ve done.” He even gave himself an A+.
- POTUS’ response was so slow that Oxfam International, international confederation of charitable organizations, stepped in to help.
- While visiting Puerto Rico Trump said that Hurricane Maria had thrown the federal budget “out of whack,” but praised first responders for preventing the storm from becoming a “real catastrophe” like Hurricane Katrina.
Monday, October 2
- No one has told Trump that calling Kim Jung Un “Rocket Man” isn’t in his — or America’s— best interest so he’s still doing it.
- After the deadliest shooting in American history in Las Vegas, POTUS tweeted his “warmest condolences.” That’s an odd way to put it.
