As if the classic shark movie thriller JAWS wasn’t enough to keep everyone out of the water in the 80s, enters the millennial version —bigger, angrier, and way more terrifying, entitled The Meg.
The Meg is a massive 75-foot long prehistoric shark known as the Megalodon. In the movie, the huge creature attacks a deep-sea submersible, leaving it disabled and trapping the crew at the Pacific Ocean’s bottom. With time running out, rescue diver Jonas Taylor (Jason Statham) must save the crew and the ocean itself from an unimaginable threat.
Our own Rae Holliday caught up with the cast (Rainn Wilson, Jason Statham, Ruby Rose, Page Wilson and director, John Turteltaub) after viewing the movie, and of course, he had some questions.
