We finally got our first look at
HIM, the football horror film produced by Peele, directed by Justin Tipping (
Kicks /
Joe vs. Carol). The film follows a promising football prospect, Cameron Cade, played by former college football wide receiver Tyriq Withers, whose road to pro football greatness is derailed after an unhinged fan attacks him and he suffers a potentially career-ending brain trauma.
His career gets a second wind
when his hero, Isaiah White (Marlon Wayans), a legendary eight-time Championship quarterback and cultural icon takes him under his wing and trains him at his isolated compound that he shares with his celebrity influencer wife, Elsie White (Julia Fox; Uncut Gems, No Sudden Move).
