Twitch streamer Kai Cenat is known for his outlandish stunts, and his more than 13 million followers—a majority of whom are Gen Z—chat with him.
Often, he has specialty events to switch up his typical basement backdrops, which include streaming from fake jail or interviewing his celebrity friends, such as Offset, Ice Spice, and Kevin Hart.
But his most recent is dubbed Mafiathon 2, where he plans to stream for 30 days straight during November.
With all the streaming, he’s already had some unforgettable moments, but perhaps none more odd when rapper Kodak Black walked into his 182,000-person stream. Not long into the meeting, the two began listening to music when Kodak appeared to throw a pill into the air and catch it in his mouth.
“F-ck was that?” With a confused look, Kai asked as Kodak responded, “That was a glitch for the Twitch.”
Several other moments in the hours-long stream saw Kodak take his shirt off, dance, and speak incoherently. It’s unclear what kind of pill he took, but it led to fans worrying about his well-being as a bewildered Kai Cenat looked on.
“Kai Cenat is buggin for not kicking Kodak out. He is tweaking. At some point you gotta say enough is enough,” wrote one X user.
There was enough uproar about his odd behavior that he hopped on Instagram Live to seemingly admit that he popped a Percocet while on Cenat’s Live, dismissing hypocrites who also indulge in recreational drug use.
“Y’all be on all type of sh-t. Y’all be on shrooms, acid, all types of stupid ass sh-t, you know?” said Kodak on Instagram Live. “But I take me one perc and y’all be so f-cking butt hurt. Y’all don’t wanna like a n-gga anyway.”
He later added, “If a motherfucker needed help, y’all wouldn’t think I knew that? I don’t need you to tell me. What telling me doing for you?”
Cenat isn’t even a week into his stream yet, but he has already been seen touring Snoop Dogg‘s compound, having Kim Kardashian play his therapist in the stream’s trailer, and hoping to link up with footballer Paul Pogba.
