Canada Legalizes Recreational Marijuana, and the Pot Stocks Are Hot.
Investors are drooling over pot stocks now that Canada has legalized recreational marijuana, which Wall Street says “is akin to the end of prohibition in the U.S. back in the 1930s that legalized the sale of beer and booze after a nearly 15-year ban.”
According to CNN, not only will adults at least 18 years of age be allowed to carry up to 30 grams of weed, but they can also keep up to four plants in their home AND make their own products for personal use.

First Solange drops news that her new album is coming this fall, and now Brandy’s announced her comeback. ICYMI, the 39-year-old recently took to Instagram to thank her supporters and share that she has some things cooking up.
“Thank you guys for always holding me down,” she wrote in the caption of a video of her singing “Without You.” “Where would I be Without You? New music coming soon loves #TwoEleven #SixYears.”
As VIBE notes, her announcement comes after Brandy settled her lawsuit with her former record label Chameleon Entertainment for allegedly not allowing her to release new music. Clap for her!
