Andrew Tate's Ex-Girlfriend Accuses Him Of Choking And Beating Her

Andrew Tate, who, along with his brother, Tristan Tate, is currently facing sex traffiking and rape charges in Romania, is being sued by his ex-girlfriend, who claims that during their relationship, Tate threatened to kill her, choked her while she begged for her life, and beat her into a concussion. https://www.instagram.com/p/DHt3st4S8pm/?hl=en&img_index=1

According to TMZ, the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles by Tate’s former girlfriend, Bri Stern, whom Tate met in Romania, accuses the self-described misogynist of sexual assault and battery and gender violence, claiming that Tate, on one occasion, used one of his hands to choke her while he used the other one to beat on her face. Stern reportedly filed a police report after the incident.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Bri says they were having consensual sex in his room at the Beverly Hills Hotel when things suddenly changed and he started being verbally degrading and violent. Bri claims Andrew routinely degraded her during sex — but on this night things were “much worse, more aggressive and more violent.” She claims he started choking her and would not stop despite her crying and begging for him to stop, with her cries and screams only causing Tate to hurt her more. Andrew’s ex says he continued choking her harder and harder, making her nearly lose consciousness … claiming he used one hand to choke her and used the other to beat her repeatedly on the side of her face and the top of her head. She also claims Andrew threatened her during the alleged assault, telling her if she ever crossed him he was going to kill her. She says she sobbed and pleaded and protected herself as best she could until Andrew climaxed and the attack subsided.

Stern’s suit claims the attack happened in a Beverly Hills hotel room and that she was afraid to leave immediately after the attack, so she pretended to be fine and then escaped Tate’s hotel room the next morning before going to see a physician and then reporting the incident to the police.

TMZ noted that Stern “says Andrew manipulated and groomed her from the moment they met in Romania last summer, when he booked her for a modeling gig … filling her head with lies and love-bombing her.” She claims in her suit that Tate went from being charming to calling her his “property,” an “idiot,” a “wh-re” and “just a hole.” https://x.com/thebristern/status/1905421106514985254

She also claims he would threaten her while assaulting her, telling her, “If you ever f-ck with me, I will f-cking kill you. I mean it. I will kill you.”

Stern also said Tate threatened her with rape and sex traffiking, which looks bad considering that’s exactly what he’s accused of doing in Romania, where Stern is from.

Stern is being represented by Tony Buzbee, who is also representing 100 alleged victims of sexual assault by Bad Boy mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs (who, incidentally, was also accused and exposed for violently attacking an ex-girlfriend in a hotel room.) In fact, Buzbee is currently being sued for defamation by Jay-Z after formerly representing a client who accused the Reasonable Doubt rapper of joining Diddy in assaulting her when she was 13. Tate’s attorney, Joseph McBride, mentioned that in a statement to TMZ.

“Tony Buzbee is a lowlife bottom feeder,” McBride said. “Jay-Z is suing him for extortion. We look forward to doing the same.” See how social media is reacting to the accusations below.
