Steve Smith Sr. is trending on social media for all the wrong reasons.
The former NFL player played most of his career with the Carolina Panthers from 2001 to 2013 before eventually joining the Baltimore Ravens.
He only played there for a few seasons, and it turns out he’s not only still close with the franchise but a bit too close in a way that has nothing to do with his current gig as a sports analyst for NFL Network.
The wide receiver is being accused of sleeping with the wife of Twitter user Tony Martinez (@Lambeaughini), who he claims works for the Marching Ravens, the franchise’s department responsible for entertainment at home games.
Martinez is currently crashing out on X by publishing all the alleged evidence that shows his wife and Smith Sr.’s infidelity.
It all began Saturday morning (Feb.22) when Martinez responded to one of Smith Sr.’s tweets about golfing with, “Hit me up. Does your wife know you’ve been f-cking my wife?”
Then came the alleged receipts.
“My wife works for the Marching Ravens She met Steve Smith Sr at work. Steve Smith has been f-cking my wife. I got receipts, I got a lot more homie,” the first message reads with some damning texting screenshot attached.
The text thread shows a smiling selfie Smith Sr.’ allegedly sent her and NSFW messages about oral sex, with him replying, “Take me deep down ur throat like u kinda like. U wanted to suck me off U enjoy it. U like to feel it” and “Letting u taste it tho would be [a] turn on.”
In another X-rated exchange, Smith Sr. is accused of sending another grinning selfie and saying he will “turn you over and get deep inside of u.”
The wife is entirely up for the sexting session, seemingly having flashbacks, replying, “You’re so hot!! deep is an understand… it felt like u were going to rearrange my IUD u were so deep lol.”
Other texts, which Martinez sent to multiple news outlets, allege their “passion,” “connection,” and “fireworks” for each other.
There’s even a video posted that appears to show the husband on the phone with Smith Sr. as he interrogates him.
“I’m sorry,” Smith Sr. allegedly responds but remains quiet for the rest of the 90-second call.
As of now, these are all allegations with no proven facts, but that hasn’t stopped social media from piling on the messiness.
