In October it was reported that actor Terry Crews claimed he was sexually assaulted by a high profile Hollywood executive.

The seasoned actor is now taking his claims a bit further by filing charges against the man who reportedly grabbed his private parts at a private Hollywood party.

Originally Crews didn’t reveal the name of the man who reportedly committed the assault, but sources who claimed they witnessed the incident have said that it was Adam Venit. He was in charge of the William Morris Endeavor motion picture group, of which Crews is a client.

Once the agency learned of the incident the company placed him on leave and are now investigating with Crews’ full support. According to Captain Cory Palka with the LAPD Hollywood station, Crews officially filed a report with the Los Angeles Police Department about the incident. The case was then forwarded to the LAPD’s Robbery-Homicide Division.

According to Variety, Venit represents actors such as Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Sylvester Stallone and Michael B. Jordan.
