21 Savage Confirms He Was Born in the UK.
Shortly after his lawyer issued a statement, representatives for 21 Savage have confirmed that he was born in the UK.
“Mr. Abraham-Joseph has three U.S. Citizen children, a lawful permanent resident mother and four siblings that are either US Citizens or lawful permanent residents,” a statement reads. “He has exceptionally strong ties in the United States, having lived here since he was in the first grade. Because of his length of residence in the United States and his immediate relatives, Mr. Abraham-Joseph is eligible to seek Cancellation of Removal from an Immigration Judge.”
The statement continues, “Mr. Abraham-Joseph was placed into deportation proceedings AFTER his arrest, he was not in deportation proceedings prior to this detention by ICE. DHS has known his address since the filing of a U visa application in 2017. He has never hidden from DHS or any of its agencies.”

A Liam Neeson Red Carpet Event Was Cancelled.
In the wake of his horrific “revenge” comments, Liam Neeson’s Cold Pursuit red carpet event, which was scheduled for Tuesday, was cancelled. New York City’s AMC Loews Lincoln Square premiere event went on as planned, however, but someone close to the situation told The Hollywood Reporter that “the red carpet wouldn’t be appropriate under the circumstances.”
ICYMI, here’s a recap of the wild sh*t Neeson said to The Independent.
NYC Is Cracking Down on CBD.
NYC may be moving toward legalization, but the city’s Department of Health is also banning bars and restaurants from selling CBD-infused foods.
Note: CBD is legal. But according to the Department of Health, “it runs afoul of rules prohibiting restaurants from adding additives to food and drink — a policy change the city made with little or no public notification,” as reported by New York Daily News.
A spokeswoman for the department stated:
“Restaurants in New York City are not permitted to add anything to food or drink that is not approved as safe to eat. The Health Department takes seriously its responsibility to protect New Yorkers’ health. Until cannabidiol (CBD) is deemed safe as a food additive, the Department is ordering restaurants not to offer products containing CBD.”
