The Nike Boyz are back, after reviewing the Travis Scott Air Force 1, which came with interchangeable velcro swooshes to change-up your swag.
Back with the swoosh again, Sherrod and Cory are taking a look at the Nike Air Force 270. Nike has already debuted the Nike Air Max 270, which takes design cues from the iconic Air Max 180 and Air Max 93. It’s the brand’s first lifestyle shoe with a larger than life air unit. With a similar sole, the Nike Air Force 270 is a sturdier version. That tall airbag makes its appearance again for “maximum cushioning and a super smooth ride” to make going up and down that court even easier.
For a more utilitarian look, there a buckle that goes across the foot, and to say the least, Sherrod isn’t the biggest fan of it. Cory is a fan of the shoe —buckle included— but the toned down “Phantom Pure Platinum” colorway just isn’t for him. It’s just a bit too reminiscent of your uncle’s cookout shoe. Sherrod is actually feeling the toned down, easily wearable colorway and would definitely rock the Air Max 270. Obviously, these two couldn’t agree on anything during this episode.
Someone must have been feeling the 270s because they’re already sold out. Who can turn down a fresh Nike shoe for $160? The right answer is no one.
