Always embroiled in some legal mess, Kanye West is once again being sued.

This time, it’s got nothing to do with his Yeezy business or musical dealings, but he’s been named in a lawsuit by his former assistant, accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting her.

The alleged victim is named Lauren Pisciotta and worked for West from 2021 to 2022, initially being brought on board to help with his Yeezy fashion line and assist with the Donda album.

But now she’s alleging that West, alongside Diddy, were hosting a studio session in Santa Monica, Calif., where, according to People,  “drinks were served to others in attendance, followed by an announcement that everybody had to drink if they wanted to stay.”

Pisciotta says she was served a drink by a studio assistant at West’s request, and after drinking a small amount, she realized it was “laced with an unidentifiable drug.”

“As plaintiff began to slip into an altered and heavily impaired state, she felt less in control of her body and speech, and that is where plaintiff’s memories of that night escape her,” the complaint continues.

The following morning, she woke up and was embarrassed because she couldn’t recall the night’s events and was “feeling physically ill and confused.”

Years later, she began working for him, and Ye brought up the studio session, telling Pisciotta that they “did kind of hook up a little one time.”

Pisciotta tells Ye that she has no recollection of the night, to which he laughs and says, “Women love to say they don’t remember.”

The complaint also describes another scary moment when he loudly awoke her one morning in 2021 while they were both staying at the St. Regis Hotel.

She alleges that around 6 am, he forced his way into her room so that he could use her shower because his wasn’t working. After showering, he allegedly dropped his towel, and “he attempted to forcefully thrust his naked body onto and penis into Plaintiff’s face.” He later apologized and “went about his day as normal.”
